International Roaming Packs is a once-off service add on which allows you to use your mobile connection outside of Australia when you are travelling in eligible countries. When you activate Travel pack it comes with a fixed inclusion of data, voice calls & SMS.

Simply contact us via e mail or phone call and will activate for you, OR before you depart you must message ROAM on 179 and international roaming pack will get activated, if you do not message for any reason international roaming pack will not get activate automatically and you will not be able to use the service.

An e sim is an industry – standard digital sim that allows you to activate a mobile service without having to use a physical SIM.

Squareone telecom gives you comfort and flexibility when you want to activate new service as e SIM or wanted to convert your existing physical SIM into e sim, simply contact us via phone or e mail and will get it sorted for you, we will send you QR code on your nominated e mail address and all you have to do is scan code via mobile an you are all set.
